Although our QC is exceptionally high, and build quality is second to none, problems can occasionally arise. Please use this form as a way for us to gather all the important information about the issue with your gear. Once your form has been transmitted, we will enter all the required information and email you an RMA # that you can use to send the product back to us. Please send the product to the following address with the RMA # written clearly on the box.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to this message, and expect product turn-around times to be about 2-5 days based on the complexity of the problems.
